A very exciting opportunity for a driven, strategic and well presented candidate has arisen in this unique venue. You must have a proven track record in increasing revenue through sales and marketing in a unique venue which caters for daytime and evening events. You will be a good man manager and also have a very strong understanding of the catering function. You will build on a client base whilst attracting new business and networking to forge relationships and build awareness of the latest venue offerings. You will also be very procedure driven and will implement systems and standards to ensure a consistent and superior event offering.
